Everett Office Building
We recap a commercial painting project that was completed in July of 2019 for a local office building in Everett, WA.
Describe the condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began.
The office building needed to be painted due to the peeling and fading of previous paint.
What did the project involve? (painting, drywall/light carpentry repairs, etc.)
Changing paint colors to reflect a clean updated look. We painted the railings and stained the rear decks.
How long did the project take, start to finish?
The project was completed in 5 days time.
Were there any special challenges involved?
Yes, managing the project while the business was still active. We painted after hours while the businesses were closed.
