Commercial Project Highlight

We recap a commercial painting project that was completed in September of 2020 for the Arterra Apartments in Everett, WA.

Describe the condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began.

The apartments needed to be updated with contemporary colors. Significant peeling on steps, railings & trim.

What did the project involve? (painting, drywall/light carpentry repairs, etc.)

Changing paint colors to reflect a clean updated look. We painted railings, steps, trim, carports, the maintenance facility, and unit doors.

How long did the project take, start to finish?

The project was completed in 30 days.

Were there any special challenges involved?

Yes, managing working while COVID-19 restrictions were in place and many residents were home.

Did the project require any special equipment or techniques?

Painting of carports and we use a strict schedule to move the tenants’ cars.
