• • Re-hang Door to align with door frames so it closes properly.
  • Repair missing grout around tub, shower walls, and radiator on wall opposite the tub.
  • Secure column base, end of porch closest to driveway.
  • Match, repair and replace broken bricks
  • Tight timeline to complete the project so the customer can stage and put the house on the market to sell.

CONDITIONS

We needed to patch some of the walls and broken bricks, clean surfaces prior to painting, fill gaps and holes in woodwork, repair nail pops, scuff sand and smooth walls.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT

• • Preparation – To prep for the job, we had to make sure our team of painters had to have power washer and sprayers to make sure we could prep the exterior for a fresh coat of paint, along with ladders to reach taller areas.
    
    
  • Painting – Our residential painting team need to do some light carpentry, plaster and drywall repair prior to painting the house.
