Challenges
This project had many challenges to it. We painted the concrete sidings, rusted Pylons, and the Golf Galaxy Sign. When we were power washing, we needed to buy additional water hoses since there was only one water source.
CONDITIONS
When the commercial painting team of CertaPro Painters® of Livingston, NJ, arrived at the job, the condition of the building had dirt, mold, and mildew. The current existing paint was also extremely old and peeling.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
- Preparation – This project involved Power Wash, Remove Mold/Mildew, prepping, scraping/sanding loose paint, priming, and paint
- Painting – We painted the concrete sidings, rusted Pylons, and the Golf Galaxy Sign. When we were power washing, we needed to buy additional water hoses since there was only one water source. The job required us to use a scissor lift, power washer, sprayers, and tall ladders for our team to reach high areas.
