The #1 Local House Painting Company in Hot Springs, AR
Posted on April 3, 2026
When you hire a painter, you’re letting a crew into your home and trusting them with one of your biggest investments. That’s why so many homeowners here choose CertaPro Painters of Hot Springs. We’re a local painting company with an office right on Central Avenue, and our local painters live and work in the same communities as the people we paint for.
Here’s what working with your local house painters looks like, and why it makes a difference.
Locally Owned, Locally Accountable
CertaPro Painters of Hot Springs is locally owned and operated by co-owners Chris Boatright and Heath Boyd. You’re not calling a distant call center or a crew that drives in from out of state and disappears after the job. You can stop by our office at 835 Central Ave, Suite 402H, and you can meet the people behind the work on our team page.
Being a local painting company means our reputation lives here. Our next customer is often your neighbor, your coworker, or someone from your church, so every job has to be done right.
Local Painters Who Know Hot Springs Homes
Hot Springs has some of the most varied housing in Arkansas, and our local painters have worked on all of it:
- Historic homes near downtown and Central Avenue with detailed trim and millwork.
- Wooded hillside homes in the Ouachitas, where shade and humidity keep siding damp.
- Lakefront homes on Lake Hamilton that take constant sun and moisture.
- Homes in Hot Springs Village and surrounding communities.
We also know the local climate. Roughly 50 inches of rain a year, humid summers, and afternoon highs in the 90s lead to mildew, peeling, wood rot, and faded color. Your local house painters plan prep and product choices around those conditions so your paint job holds up.
Interior and Exterior Painting Done Right
Exterior Painting
Our exterior painting starts with prep: washing, scraping and spot-priming loose or peeling paint, and caulking gaps and seams. We paint wood, brick, stucco, vinyl and aluminum siding, cedar shingles, and garage doors. For damaged areas, we also handle stucco repairs and painting and vinyl and aluminum siding painting.
Interior Painting
From a single bedroom to the whole house, our interior painting crews deliver clean lines and a smooth finish. Holes, cracks, and water damage get fixed first with drywall repair, and details like baseboards, mantels, and door casings get the same care with crown molding and trim painting.
More Than Walls
Our local painters also handle cabinet painting and refinishing, deck and fence staining, concrete staining and epoxy floors, and wallpaper removal and installation. For homes built before 1978, we’re EPA Lead Certified and follow lead-safe work practices.
