CHALLENGESOn the east side of the building we used a 135ft boom lift.
Projects of this size require proper coordination within the crew. Appropriate measures are taken to ensure the quality of the work and the safety of our painters.
CONDITIONS
Dated Color Scheme – The reddish pink hue was no longer in style and the client wanted a repaint.
Faded Exterior – After years of discoloration due to weather and sun exposure, the building needed a refresh.
Minor Exterior Damage – Though invisible to the naked eye, our free painting consultation found a number of small trouble spots across the property
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
Color Consultation – All projects start with a free painting consultation to determine the intended finish
Power Washing – In order to ensure a clean and stable finish, power washing is done to remove dirt/debris
Bondo Application – Bondo was used to rebuild/repair minor exterior damage on the property
Exterior Painting – The walls and columns were repainted from reddish pink to solid gray
Metal Painting – The CertaPro team painted the metal flashing, metal railings, metal signage, and lettering dotted around the exterior of the building
