CertaPro Painters® of Central Arkansas was engaged to assist in re-branding the exterior of 4 company locations. The scope included painting the full exterior of each location following the new corporate color scheme. This resulted in painting on a combined 20,000 square feet of block surfaces with overhead doors.

CHALLENGES:

The special challenges we faced while working on these locations includes after hours work as well as work on the long, holiday weekend to complete the work on all these locations as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Special equipment was needed to complete this project such as an articulating lift to reach all areas of the exterior of these locations.

CONDITIONS:

All four locations were being totally rebranded and repainted. The buildings were still in fair condition with the paint only being faded.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

All four locations needed repairs as well as new paint. These projects all involved several steps. Our team completed EIFS repair, lift work, and other tasks.
