Sales Associate

CertaPro Painters of Central Arkansas, a locally-owned franchise of the largest painting company in North America, is in need of an outside sales representative! This energetic individual interacts with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, determines their needs, & displays the ability to close contracts through consultative in-home sales. Training is provided to develop a thorough understanding of the products and processes.

What we're looking for

We are looking for personable, smart, team-oriented individuals who can set goals and meet them! Our ideal candidate is a focused and self-motivated individual with excellent listening skills to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

  • History of accomplishments
  • Experience in outside / consultative sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Coachable
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to navigate software based platforms
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus
  • Experience in construction & trades a plus

  • Sales & Consultations (in home with homeowners)
  • Determine customer needs & project needs
  • Estimate & create a scope of work
  • Create written proposals for each project
  • Work with homeowners to earn their business
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Show strong priority management
  • Take ownership with diligent customer follow-up and follow-through
Compensation

Job Type: Full time Salary plus Commission
