The wood surfaces, central to the church’s aesthetic and structural integrity, were worn out with peeling paint evident throughout. Our first step was to thoroughly prepare these surfaces, which involved stripping the old paint and smoothing the wood to ensure the new coating would adhere properly and last.

Specific Restoration Processes

The focus of our restoration centered around the church’s window panes. Over the years, the panes had begun to fail, posing a risk to the beautiful historic glass and the overall weatherproofing of the building. The team reglazed the window panes, a process that not only secured the glass but also enhanced the windows’ resistance to weather conditions.
