Ela Soccer Club Commercial Painting Project

Project:

Ela Soccer Club is a 501(c)3 Not-For-Profit Organization located in Lake Zurich, IL. They contacted CertaPro Painters® of Libertyville, IL, looking for assistance with a paint job after they moved from a smaller, shared building to their current 58,000 square foot multisport facility which consists of:

Two indoor turf fields
One half turf indoor field
One full-size basketball/volleyball court/futsal training courts
Meeting/party rooms
Restrooms
Locker rooms with showers

The new facility featured worn paint on the walls, significant drywall damage in the gymnasium, and giant holes in the office walls.

Process:

In two months, CeraPro Painters® painted the entire building, completed the drywall repair, and installed a new floor system.

This project was challenging due to the size and height of the building. Our team was up on 25ft ladders and had a hard time getting lifts into specific locations. To complete the job, we had to use two different style lifts and concrete grinding equipment.

Our painting contractors used Benjamin Moore Scuff-X paint because it can withstand the activities that take place in the facility.
