Magnolias of Lancaster is an exceptional memory care community for Alzheimer’s and other dementias, amidst the quaint charm of Lancaster County.

Recently, our team was contacted by IntegraCare Corporation to fully renovate all 4 resident wings, various common areas & all of the main corridors at the facility.  This involved removing wallcoverings and prepping walls for paint in all resident hallways and common corridors as well as painting all the resident doors, moldings, decorative trim, and unpainted wooden handrails and cabinetry.

Additionally, the IntegraCare Corporate Team’s vision included a new color scheme with accent walls for all areas, so our production team worked diligently to complete all paint orders prior to start so that product would be on site on day one.

The first part of the project began in early November and two 3-men crews split the work.  Due to the holiday approaching, the goal was to complete the four resident hallways along with the handrails and cabinetry completed prior to Thanksgiving. The goal was accomplished and the rest of the work was completed prior to yearend with a small break occurring in December during the holiday

Overall, the customer was very satisfied with the timing, workmanship, daily clean-up, and friendliness of both crews, often commenting how great the crews interacted with both staff and memory support residents.  The facility now has an updated appearance.  The painted cabinetry not only appears to be brand new, but looks great against the new wall colors. Additionally, IntegraCare Corp approached us for more work in 2021/22.
