The project involved tasks such as wallpaper removal, skim coating, light carpentry, drywall repair, and painting.
About the Project:
Project Involvement: Truist Bank was in the process of rebranding 83 locations in South Central Pennsylvania. The project required extensive preparation and included the removal of monitors from walls, drywall repair, and patching of holes. Additionally, walls with wallpaper needed to be skim coated, along with tasks such as light carpentry and overall painting.
Special Challenges: With managing the rebranding of 83 Truist Bank locations in South Central Pennsylvania. This complex project involved not only directing 8-10 different paint crews to ensure deadlines were met but also handling the transition of alarm systems. This included responding to alarm code issues and dealing with law enforcement when alarms malfunctioned, often during the night. CertaPro remained on call for any issues, providing daily documentation, pictures, and updates to the customer.
Special Techniques: Festool to eliminate dust/debris
