Commercial Facility Painting – Apartment Complex in Lancaster, PA

We recently completed a commercial facility painting in the heart of Lancaster. The commercial apartment complex was seeking a rejuvenation and upgrade, particularly focusing on its communal spaces such as hallways and stairs. The building has not undergone painting for several years, and this lack of maintenance is noticeable, particularly in the weathered condition of the front metal columns that span from the first to the last floor in the balconies.

About the Project:

Project Involvement: 

The commercial apartment complex sought a revitalization and enhancement, with a primary focus on communal areas like hallways and stairs. The building, having lacked a fresh coat of paint for several years, displayed visible signs of wear, particularly evident in the weathered state of the front metal columns spanning from the first to the last floor on the balconies. Interior renovations concentrated on hallways, doors, and trims. Some patching and priming were necessary in the halls to conceal damages. The exterior aspect of the project primarily targeted the metal columns on balconies, requiring scraping and, in some instances, priming to prevent rusting.

Special Techniques: 

Preserving the tranquility of current residents was paramount for this project, necessitating meticulous attention to schedules. A significant emphasis was placed on cleanliness, ensuring that the work did not disrupt residents’ routines and that the crew operated without causing inconvenience.
