CertaPro Painters of Lancaster recently worked on a project for the Deerfield Home Owners Association (HOA) in the Flying Hills Development in Reading, PA. Our seasoned HOA team painted front doors, trim, and light posts, pressure washed, and stained the rear decks of 69 units. The units needed fresh paint and a more consistent look to match HOA rules. The decks had various colors and finishes, so the HOA chose two solid deck stains by Sherwin Williams for uniformity. The job involved scraping, sanding, caulking, hammering nails, pressure washing, priming, and painting. The result was a clean, cohesive appearance for the entire community.
