Commercial Case Study

Our team was contracted by Kenhorst Plaza in August 2022 to update the buildings within the plaza with a more up-to-date look. The project involved pressure washing, patching holes in the metal roof where signage was removed, and priming and painting the metal roof using fade-resistant products. The metal roof of the plaza was rusted and outdated.

The project involved unique challenges, including masking off the signs and Dryvit to avoid overspray, controlling traffic around the lifts, and protecting customers from wet paint. The roof height was also a challenge we overcame by using a 40ft boom lift. Paint sprayers were also used due to the size of the shopping center. It allowed us to efficiently paint the space required for this project.

Overall, we completed the project in two weeks The shopping plaza staff members were pleased with the outcome.
