What Hidden Expenses and/or Taxes Are Included In Painting?

First, painting is a home improvement item in Pennsylvania and is not taxed.  Second, our projects come in on budget and there are no hidden expenses unless the scope of the job changes while in-progress, such as a room, a closet or trim are added, for example.  In the event of any portions of the project being done on an additional Time & Materials charge, that will be discussed with you by your consultant prior to any work beginning.  Sometimes, this is the case with wallpaper removal or trim being removed and reinstalled due to the uncertain nature of these services.
