What Happens If I Am Not Satisfied?
We strive to not only meet but to exceed your expectations with not only the painting itself but the entire process…from the time your estimate is scheduled until the project is completed. You will have firsthand contacts with your sales consultant, the office staff, and your Job Site Supervisor/Lead Painter. If at any point you need assistance or are not satisfied, we want to know so we can make corrections.
Our Main Goals and Priorities
- Proper prep work
- adequate paint coverage
- straight cut lines
- daily clean-up, and respecting a customer’s time, home or business
We appreciate any feedback from you, whether positive or negative, on how a project is proceeding and ultimately, how the finished product turns out. At the conclusion of our projects, we ask you to participate in what we call a “Pride Walk”. It is typically done with your Job Site Supervisor (JSS), or Lead Painter, as a final inspection to make sure your expectations were met and again, hopefully, exceeded. It’s also a way for us to take pride in our work and show you how we transformed the look of your project from old to new.
If there is anything you feel could have been done better, we ask our customers to please not be shy and bring it up to us. Your JSS will essentially have their paint brush still in hand translating, “What can we do to make this job look better for you?”
