PROJECT INVOLVEMENT

CertaPro Painters® of Lakeland and Winter Haven, FL completed a painting project for an industrial facility that required both interior and exterior work. Since the facility was an active production environment with constant material processing, there was persistent dust, residue, and surface contamination.

Our scope of work included interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, surface preparation, and careful coordination between multiple crews to keep the project moving efficiently.

CHALLENGES

One of the biggest challenges was working around the constant dust and airborne residue created by the facility’s production operations. Careful timing and coordination were needed throughout the project to ensure the crews could work efficiently without interferring with one another.

To keep the project on track, one specialized team handled the exterior work while another worked on the interior. This allowed both areas to be addressed at the same time while minimizing downtime for the facility.

Safety was also a major priority. This project required our team to follow the client’s strict safety requirements while maintaining our own high standards to protect our painters throughout the job.

FINAL RESULTS

The finished project gave the industrial facility a refreshed and noticeably cleaner appearance, which was especially apparent right after pressure washing the interior. The client was pleased, not only with the finished product, but with the performance of our specialists, who delivered a coordinated, disciplined operation from start to finish.
