RUB-A-DUB-DUB: The 16-foot-tall image of a smiling rug rolled up in a bathtub with a scrub brush in one hand and a bar of soap in the other has greeted drivers from the wall alongside Woodard Cleaning & Restoration on Manchester Road for decades.
