• Easily develop rapport with all types of customers.
  
• Accurately quote painting costs using our software.
  
• Be a quick learner
  
• Listen intently to what the customer is saying and make sure those details are written on the proposal
  
• Accurately relay customer expectations and project details to the paint crew during project kick-off.
  
• Be on time to all appointments and follow up on the sale afterward.
  
• Be able to bounce back from some rejection so that you can move on to the next sales appointment with a clear mind.
  
• Be urgent - we like responsive people who call, text and email back quickly.
  
• Have a high service motivation - we work to deliver what we promise to our colleagues and clients.
  
• Be goal oriented and have a great work ethic. In a small business, your contribution really makes a difference. We will hire someone who wants to work hard and will do what it takes to get it done.
  
• Run some nights and weekend appointments during the busy season (April-July)
