Residential Sales Associate (Now Hiring)

• Meet with prospective customers in person/remotely to conduct estimates and create proposals
• Present our company in a way that differentiates us from competition and enhances the brand
• Estimate projects to determine labor hours and required material
• Ensure customer expectations are communicated and documented via proposal
• Collect deposits and coordinate color consultations
• Follow-up with prospective clients to land work not initially booked
• Schedule leads and develop new ideas to enhance market share

What we're looking for

Marketing -
• Complete a Territory Marketing Plan (w/ help from GM)
• Put out territory signs, distribute door hangers, participate in home shows
Production -
• Review the contract and Certainty Pledge with the foreman prior to Production
• Follow up with clients to ensure jobs are on task and expectations are being met
• Actively network for referrals
• Take pictures of difficult production situations, customer concerns or marketing opportunities
Personal Development -
• Participate in required training and certification processes
Administrative -
• Update lead profiles, job profiles, and proposals daily
• Prepare data reports to monitor personal success and report back to Management
• Maintain and update all Point of Sale and Marketing Material
Performance Standards & Metrics -
• Sales Revenue, Gross Margin, Success Ratio, Slippage, Success by $

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills

Exceptional customer service skills
Active listener
Goal-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
History of accomplishment and promotion
Sales experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation

Salary + Commission + Bonus plan – based on experience
