Multi-Office Building Exterior Painting Project
Recently, CertaPro Painters® of Hilton Head, SC had the opportunity to paint this commercial project in Okatie, SC. Our team was hired to paint the four office buildings in the executive center. This executive center has a variety of offices including several law firms and tax offices. The property managers wanted to update the faded window shutters and the entry doors. Formerly, the shutters had a faded green tint, and the doors coordinated with the shutter with a similar green color. The doors were less faded due to being far less exposed to the sun than the shutters, but both areas took a hit from the weather elements and are in need of revamping.
Our team using our commercial equipment and ladders, we were able to paint all the shutters a dark black color, which corresponded with the black color change for the front entry doors. After the project was completed and looking at the final result, we believe we improved the appearance of these office buildings, enhancing the windows and portico of each building.
