Too late is when residents begin to complain, and by that time, they are already upset over the appearance of the interior and/or exterior. When to Paint Your Condo
The best time to inspect the painting of a condo is during regular maintenance practices. When you’re checking the HVAC units, fire alarms, and everything else, go ahead and look over the paint. What should you look for when inspecting condo painting?

✅ Dullness
✅ Staining
If you see any of the above or all of it, you’ll need to determine how bad it is, and if it’s bad enough to have it re-painted.
Usually, if you see at least two places where there is any of the above damage, it’s time to refresh the entire space.
