May Updates from CertaPro Painters of Hilton Head

Hard to believe that just two weeks ago we were describing the weather as delightful. What happened? It feels like August.

No matter; we are still painting!

For those of you returning north for the summer, this may be an ideal time to have your house painted. We can get it done while you’re away and, Voila! When you return, a freshly painted home awaits you.

Kris Teena Morgan has left us and in her place as office manager, we now have Dana Spotto.

Dana comes to us with an impressive background in business, bookkeeping and customer service and we are sure you will enjoy speaking with her whenever you call or stop by the office. Speaking of which, we have recently moved to Suite 201. We are still in the same office park, but in the building adjacent to our old office and on the ground floor with our own entrance.

Despite the heat, we find that we are still more interested in exterior improvements this time of year.

We thought you’d love to see these porch makeovers collected by Houzz. They may well make you go, “hmmm.”

The first porch makeover seems straightforward enough. The second one; however, involved transforming the entire house! Notice the change in color, too. You know, we can help with that!

The fourth and final makeover is wonderfully dramatic.

Of course the chant among realtors is actually, Location, Location, Location, but…. we’re already in a great location.

Now we need to worry about curb appeal;. not just for re-sale value, but to make your already elegant home look just that more special.
