My name is Bob Hoffman and I own CertaPro Painters of West Greenville. We arrive on time. We don’t want any surprises. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with what we’re doing. We do what you expect us to do and we want to always try to find something, a little something extra. We generally want to make sure that we’ve answered the questions before we start, but as it with any project, it could be a different paint color they want, something’s not looking the way they want it to. So we want to make sure every day we’ll check in with you in the morning and check in with you in the afternoon, to make sure the job is done right to your satisfaction.
We offer all types of services. We do residential, we do residential exterior, interior, decks. We also do commercial work. I jokingly say I’ve painted everything from a firehouse to a cricket farm. So everything in between, my paint crew, all of them have been with me for a long period of time. But the most important thing is they really focus in on making sure the customer’s happy. With CertaPro, we say we want to have customers for life and we accomplish that when we have our clients calling us back.
