West Wendover Avenue Office Building Painting Project
Project Overview
CertaPro Painters® of Greensboro, NC was asked to paint the office building on West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro. The building had an outdated tan exterior that the owner wanted to update to a more modern color scheme. There were also canopies over the building entrances that needed to be painted around.
Our Approach
Our team first pressure-washed the entire building, removing any dirt and preparing the surface for painting. Next, the crew masked the windows to prevent overspray and started applying the navy blue paint to the exterior. After the blue layer was finished, the team used a lift to safely access the upper half of the building to paint the cool gray stripes that wrapped around the building. After applying 2 coats to the whole exterior, the team proceeded to clean up the work area.
The Final Result
Upon the final walkthrough inspection, the client was very pleased with the new deep-blue color scheme, which creates a bold, modern look while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
