The Fresh Market, Inc.

The Suntrust building on Green Valley Road in Greensboro, NC, was built in 1998. It’s a commercial office building with five floors and a total of 106,959 square ft.

The problem to be solved:

In April 2020, the Suntrust corporate offices were closed due to the coronavirus. Our team was hired to freshen up and repaint several areas in the building, including personal offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and hallways. The surfaces exhibited normal wear and tear, but in some areas, shelving and anchors had been removed from the walls, which required minor drywall repair. The client also expressed a desire to freshen up some of the building’s common area hallways, which were the landlord’s responsibility. Further, many areas throughout the office had been painted at different points in time, so records of paint colors were sparse.

Problem solver solution:

Due to the pandemic, we made sure our crew members did nothing to contaminate the office space. Each sales representative, painter, and supervisor wore masks and gloves throughout the project. We patched the holes in the wall and blended the paint after, so the entire space did not have to be repainted. For the common area, we provided a separate quote and billed the landlord to ensure that everyone was on the same page and happy. Additionally, we worked with the client to find acceptable color matches, so entire rooms and halls did not have to be painted, saving the client time and money.

Final result:

After three days of work, the results were clean, fresh, and modern. We have worked with this client in the past, so they knew they could rely on us to get the job done and trusted us to do good work.
