Commercial Warehouse Case Study

CertaPro Painters of Greensboro was contacted to refresh a brick commercial warehouse, which was dirty and had fading paint.

The Problem to Be Solved:

The brick warehouse facility was overdue for a facelift, with fading and failing paint on three of the walls. It was a large building, and required a 45-foot boom lift to access certain sections of the walls. Additionally, the building was occupied during job, so the professionals at CertaPro Painters of Greensboro had to work around tenant activity.

To begin with, a full pressure wash of the entire building was required, not only for the dirt, but to remove loose paint as well. Following the pressure wash, the crew prepped and spot-primed rusted areas on railings and metal stairs. The team then fully primed unpainted concrete, and finished with the final coats on all painted surfaces including building walls, adjoining retaining walls, roll up doors and frames, and railings and ladders.

Final Result:

Overall, it took two and a half weeks to complete the project from start to finish in the midst of the spring rush. The client was pleased with the results of the job, which you can see below in the photos!
