Upon inspection, it was clear that moisture had compromised both the ceiling and wall surfaces, causing peeling paint and deteriorating wallpaper. Rather than pursuing a full remodel, the homeowner trusted our in-house carpenter to restore the space efficiently and cost-effectively.
Our team removed all failing materials, treated vulnerable areas with a waterproofing solution, and carefully prepped the surfaces for a fresh finish. After coordinating around newly installed tile work, we primed and painted the walls to create a cohesive, refreshed appearance. The result was a beautifully restored bathroom that solved the moisture issues while dramatically improving the space’s overall look and functionality.

The added custom router shelf solved an unrelated but important functionality issue, showcasing the versatility and craftsmanship of our in-house team. The homeowners were thrilled with the transformation and appreciated the comprehensive, cost-conscious solution.
