The Client:

The Little Gym of East Greenwich is an enrichment and physical development center for kids aged 4 months to 12 years in Clarksboro, NJ. The owner wanted a brand refresh, repainting all the interior walls to give a more energetic and polished look. Durable finishes that resist scuffs, fingerprints, and are easily cleaned were essential to their goals.

The Challenge:

The owner wanted classes to continue running without any disruptions to their schedule. Furthermore, when painting in an exercise environment with padded floors and various equipment, proper preparation, protection, and masking are critical to avoid paint drips and imperfections.

Our Solution:

Our team coordinated with the owner and created a plan of action:

• Scheduling: We started work on Friday, worked through the weekend, and completed the work on Monday.
• Tailored Finish: We chose a semi-gloss finish that can be wiped down easily, resists marks and smudges better than matte finishes, and looks crisp long-term, to meet the client’s needs for durability and cleanability.
• Meticulous Preparation: Our crews masked nearby fixtures and other equipment and laid down drop clothes. We repaired any holes or surface blemishes before we applied the first coat, to create a seamless, smooth wall by the end of the project.

The Result:

After just 3 days, our crew had completely updated the interior of The Little Gym, and the new space was ready to be enjoyed by the parents and children who attend classes. The updated colors reflect the new brand direction, create a more energetic atmosphere for the kids, and keep the space looking cleaner because of the semi-gloss finish that can easily be wiped down.
