Congrats to Wasco Baseball League’s Painters Team!

When Andrew Wrobel, owner of CertaPro Painters® of Glen Ellyn, IL, isn’t busy transforming homes in the Glen Ellyn community, he’s managing his son’s Little League team.

The aptly named Painters play at the Wasco Baseball League located in Campton Hills, IL, and is comprised of 11- and 12-year-olds. This year, the Painters gave it their all and finished the season 6-10. Some of the season’s highlights include:

  • Beating the top team in the league in a one-run thriller
  • Hitting multiple home runs in a single game
  • Executing a triple play

“It was a lot of fun managing my son and an all-around great group of kids in a very friendly yet competitive league,” says Wrobel.

Wasco Baseball is the premier youth baseball organization in the Fox Valley. The organization prides itself on providing opportunities for its players to play, learn, and get involved.
