Repairing and Repainting a Stucco House
This home in Peoria, AZ. was in need of a great deal of prep work for both the house and patio before painting could begin. Our crews spent a week patching damaged and broken stucco and waterproofing the foundation area using Drylock brand masonry waterproofing.
In addition to the stucco damage there was a great deal of fading and weathering from the sun and just general wear and tear. With prep determining the results as much as the painting no corners were cut getting it in perfect shape to be painted.

Prep work was performed on every side of the home, top to bottom including the patio.
When The Project Was Finally Finished
You can see that the results are dramatic. The final paint is a more modern shade of gray and the garage door has been painted as well. The cracking around the foundation has been repaired and the patio blends nicely with the home.
