Rachel Evans has been a valued member of the CertaPro Painters of Phoenix team for over 7 years and currently serves as the Administrative Director. She oversees office operations, scheduling, human resources, payroll, customer experience, and supports both the sales and production teams to help every project run smoothly from start to finish.
Rachel graduated from New River Community and Technical College with an Associate of Science degree and brings more than 20 years of professional experience in customer service, rehabilitation, human services, and business administration.
She considers herself fortunate to work for a company that not only transforms homes but also builds lasting relationships with customers and team members. Rachel is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both homeowners and employees.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her wonderful daughter, her two cats, and Mazee, the office’s beloved Chief Happiness Officer, who keeps everyone smiling.
