Painting a Walk-In Medical Clinic – Commercial Painting Project
When Urgent Care of Saint Francis needed to completely repaint the exterior of one of their locations they called in the pros at CertaPro Painters of Germantown, TN. The goal was to add new signage to the building and then repaint the sides, rear, and upper band across the front of the building.
Given that the existing building had been allowed to lapse into a faded and blotchy finish the first step was to prep the building starting with a complete power washing.

During the Project…
The location was pressure washed and then the lower half of the building’s front side was covered in clear plastic to prevent any paint from getting on the glass windows or window framing. Care had to be taken to paint in and around the new signage that had already been installed. Working with multiple commercial painters the project was tackled one side at a time.
When the last of the exterior was painted…
The building acquired a clean and uniform look that lends a professional feel to a location that requires it. The building not only looks more inviting but is protected from the elements for years to come.
