CertaPro Painters of Germantown started this job in October of 2021. The building was outdated and just needed a fresh look to it. New paint and new caulk around windows and doors made a world of difference to this building.
Crossland Realty Group owned a 98,000 sq. ft. industrial/warehouse distribution, class B building. Before selling, the company wanted to revamp the building with a new commercial paint job. This building is located in Olive Branch, MS on a 4.15 acre lot. Our team was able to completely repaint the entire warehouse in just 14 days! The building is now beautiful and updated!

CHALLENGES:Due to the height of the building, and there being a ditch around back of the building, a lift was needed.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Fresh Paint – New paint was applied to nearly every surface of this warehouse in order to rejuvenate it for the real estate market.
- Light Carpentry Repairs – There were a few light carpentry repairs to be done to certain parts of the exterior of the warehouse.
- Caulking– Caulking had to be redone around all the windows in the warehouse, and this made a world of difference.

This warehouse was in serious need of an aesthetic overhaul – the faded, sandy look did not make for good curbside appeal.
Warehouse Exterior - Before
The doors were originally a slightly darker shade than the surrounding walls, which did not make for a very inviting look.
THE FINAL RESULT
After just 2 weeks of work, the warehouse looks like a different building! The blue shade contrasts perfectly with the gray trim, increasing the curbside appeal by a tremendous amount.
Warehouse Exterior - After
The contrast created between the blue and gray was nonexistent before, when the building was just one shade of sandy beige.
Warehouse Interior - After
The inside of the warehouse got a touch up too - all of the interior walls were given a fresh coat of paint.

The doors of the warehouse received the same shade as the main walls for a seamless look.
