Joe Hunter is a very nice man and you can discuss ideas with him as well.. The work is always neat and clean and done in a timely matter, as I have had Certa Pro numerous times at my house. This time though, I just found it was a little pricey for me so I will have to look elsewhere, but thank you for your time Joe
