SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

This project involved a complete interior repaint, including all walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and stair spindles. Each surface was prepped and refinished to achieve a smooth, uniform appearance throughout the home.

Following the installation of new flooring, the baseboards were recaulked, re-mudded, sanded, and primed to eliminate visible gaps and ensure a seamless transition between the trim and walls. The team also completed drywall repairs, addressing a large wall patch that required full restoration before painting.

In one of the bedrooms, a decorative wood slat feature wall was removed per the homeowner’s request, leaving behind significant damage that needed patching, skim coating, sanding, and priming. All floors, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures were protected with paper, plastic, and tape throughout the project to prevent overspray and debris.

During the painting process, interior doors and frames were sanded, cleaned, and sprayed in a controlled environment to ensure a flawless, factory-like finish. Walls and ceilings were refinished using premium interior paint for consistent coverage, while stair spindles, baseboards, and trim were completed with a durable enamel coating for long-lasting performance and a crisp, professional look.

Although the project presented no significant challenges, its success was rooted in meticulous preparation and attention to detail. The team’s care in restoring surfaces and ensuring proper adhesion made the difference between an average paint job and a professional-grade finish.
