The original brown color had lost its charm and no longer suited the homeowner’s aesthetic. The client wanted a bold, updated appearance along with improved weather resistance and durability.
Our team completed the following:
Power washing to remove dirt, mildew, and contaminants
Scraping and sanding to eliminate loose paint and create a smooth surface
Spot priming of bare areas
Caulking and sealing of joints and seams
Two finish coats using Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:
This project called for meticulous surface preparation to ensure longevity and a flawless finish. Duration paint from Sherwin-Williams was chosen for its:
