Adam’s journey began in the heart of Clarksville, Arkansas, where he cultivated a strong work ethic and a love for his community. After serving as a letter carrier in Fort Smith, he embarked on a new chapter with CertaPro Painters, a move that would bring him, his wife Brittany, and their two sons, Ian and Max, to the vibrant landscapes of Northwest Arkansas. Settling in Springdale in 2017, the family found joy in restoring their 1950’s ranch home, nurturing their garden, and embracing the outdoors through canoeing, camping, and fishing adventures.

Their commitment to craftsmanship extended beyond their home, with Adam and Brittany engaging in numerous DIY projects together. As their sons, Ian and Max, flourished, the family dynamic thrived. Both boys attended Shiloh Christian School, where they immersed themselves in music and academics. Ian’s passion for the trumpet led him to share his talent on YouTube, while Max pursued excellence in cross-country running, band, and the Civil Air Patrol, harboring dreams of attending the Air Force Academy.

Adam’s professional journey at CertaPro Painters of NWA mirrored his personal growth. Starting as a Residential Sales Associate, he swiftly ascended to the role of Vice President, driven by his innate problem-solving abilities and his genuine desire to support his team. At the core of his leadership philosophy lies a dedication to empowering others, fostering an environment where every member feels valued and inspired to excel.

What sets CertaPro apart for Adam is not just the business itself but the people who breathe life into its mission. Anchored by core values of integrity, pride, respect, continuous improvement, and innovation, the company operates as a tight-knit community driven by a shared purpose. Under the guidance of founders Aaron and Michelle, Adam finds solace in the freedom to innovate and the support to learn from missteps, a testament to the culture of trust and growth that permeates CertaPro Painters of NWA.
