Office Building Painting Project in Rogers, AR
These projects are our bread and butter! We painted two identical buildings in just 3 weeks with one crew. A 45′ boom lift provided the safety and efficiency we needed to deliver two ontime, on-budget projects. Working effectively with our client’s tenants while minimizing interruption in their workday is so rewarding. It’s an added bonus that we coated this building with a Sherwin Williams product that helps to resist moisture over time. Asset protection at its finest!
The problem to be solved:
They needed the exterior painted for a fresh new look of the building without interrupting the tenants workday and the flow of business!

We made sure we blocked off zones of the parking lot the night before production and worked quickly and efficiently throughout the duration of the project.
Final result:
With one crew we finished both buildings within 3 weeks. The Sage Partners looks like a brand new facility thanks to the powerwashing and fresh coat of paint!
