The Nelson’s Crossing Mall Painting Project
Like other retail locations, Nelson’s Crossing Mall proved to be a busy location to paint. Without asking any businesses to shut down or alter their hours CertaPro Painters of North West Arkansas made quick work of a multi-story mall structure. Not only was their steady foot traffic there was constant car traffic for a Starbucks that had to be worked around.
The problem to be solved:
The surface conditions were very poor, the darker natural tones of the original building had begun to streak and fade. Sections of the exterior were blotchy and showed signs of being covered by different signage over the years.
The Solution:
We brought a large team to the project as well as a hydraulic lift to reach the taller portions of the mall. The building required us to paint high peaks and paint around signs with care, using an industrial blend of paint called Procryl, the final finish should retain its color over a long time and remain looking great for longer than the previous paints used.
Final result:
The stores were able to remain open with no interruption, and the mall now has a cleaner, brighter and more modern look.
