His career has spanned multiple roles—from Sherwin-Williams Store Manager to Multi-Segment Paint Representative, and Epoxy Flooring Installer—equipping him with a deep understanding of products, applications, and customer needs.

Known for his ability to bring a customer’s vision to life, Allen takes pride in combining product and technical expertise with a commitment to service. Beyond his professional work, he is a devoted husband and father who enjoys coaching, spending time with family, and living out his faith.
