Areas of high siding some 3-4 story areas and building roof chimney siding replacement
CONDITIONS
Building 30 year old cedar siding was in poor condition in many areas, needed to replace over 15,000 linear feet of cedar siding prior to painting.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
Replacing cedar siding on building and reinstalling new cedar siding prior to painting. This project kept our 2 carpentry crews and a large painting crew busy during the pandemic in 2020
Equipment INVOLVED
60 foot ladders and special walk boards. Carpentry at high levels required many trips up and down ladder to remove and than to replace materials.

Before/Progress Photos
Before the project began, CertaPro Painters® of Ellicott City surveyed the building and took pictures of the areas of concern. Much of the exterior was in need of replacing and painting.
After Photos
When the project was completed, CertaPro Painters® documented the progress they made with a collection of images. The transformation created a brand new look and elevated the appeal of the property.
