Gates at Ivy Walk Commercial Painting Project

In June 2024, we were contacted by Gates at Ivy Walk in Smyrna, GA to refresh the exterior of their establishment. Before starting, the original roof coating was failing and complete dulled out.

For this project, we had to clean, scuff sand to create a profile, and coat the metal roofs with a pro industrial coating to provide an improved cosmetic but most importantly durability and longevity. Our team was up for the challenge and worked with the elements. This project included a gated community with very tight road space and a lack of parking. The roof caps are 4-5 stories up so a 80ft boom lift had to be brought in. With limited space, we had to turn the project around as quickly as possible to avoid significant disruption in the neighborhood.

In 2 days, we refreshed this building and made it even more inviting! We got another delighted customer! See the transformation below.
