Exterior Painting of Aqua Shine Carwash in Villa Rica, GA

Project: Aqua Shine Car Wash in Villa Rica, GA, enlisted our team to revitalize its exterior surfaces, which involved repairing stucco, removing old signage, painting metal trim, the roof, and stucco, and line striping the parking lot for a polished, professional finish.

Process: The facility’s exterior showed significant signs of deterioration, including fading and peeling paint. The awnings presented an additional challenge, as poorly installed sticker and vinyl signage required extensive preparation to remove. To address these issues, we developed a detailed plan tailored to the car wash’s specific needs.

We began by removing the outdated signage from the awnings, a process that required extra time and effort to ensure the surfaces were smooth and clean. Stucco repairs were made to restore structural integrity and prepare the surface for painting. Once prepped, we applied a fresh coat of paint to the stucco, metal trim, and roof, using a 30-ft lift to safely access the curved roof at the front of the building. Finally, we completed the project by repainting the parking lot lines to improve overall functionality and appearance.

To accommodate the client’s needs, we leveraged technology during the planning phase. Since the client was unable to meet in person, they received recorded videos detailing areas of concern and proposed solutions, followed by a video call to finalize the project scope. This collaborative and flexible approach ensured clear communication and client satisfaction.

Despite a brief rain delay, the project was completed within the estimated timeframe of 7-10 days in September. Our team minimized disruptions by keeping the car wash operational throughout most of the work, requiring only a partial day of downtime.

The Result: The refreshed Aqua Shine Car Wash now boasts vibrant, clean, and durable finishes that enhance its curb appeal and provide a welcoming experience for customers.
