In the summer of 2024, CertaPro Painters® of South Denver completed a significant painting project for a commercial building in Parker, Colorado. The project was initiated to enhance the building’s appearance and protect its surfaces, demonstrating CertaPro’s dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Challenges Faced
One of the primary challenges was the building’s age, which resulted in worn-out coatings that compromised the stucco surfaces. To address this, the team first applied Loxon Primer/Sealer to all stucco areas. This step was crucial for ensuring a solid foundation for the subsequent paint layers.
Methodology
- Surface Preparation:

- Cleaned and repaired any damaged areas before applying the primer.
- Priming:
- Used Loxon Primer/Sealer on all stucco surfaces to promote adhesion and enhance longevity.
- Painting:
- After priming, the team applied Loxon XP Masonry Coating, using a spray and backroll technique. This ensured optimal coverage and a durable finish.
- Additional Treatments:
- Painted radon pipes, access vents, and electric panels to match the building’s aesthetic.
- Restored the gazebo and fence to create a cohesive look.
Results
