Originally hailing from Chicago’s south side, I relocated to San Diego in 2015 to pursue my passion for real estate. Beyond professional pursuits, I engage in supporting community organizations, event planning, and hosting game nights while managing my YouTube podcast Perry Ellis, my 11-pound Chippin and the key to my heart and has expanded my love for animals. He loves long walks on the beach, belly rubs and playing with lots of dogs around our neighborhood.
