The Building:

CertaPro Painters^® of Oak Park/Chicago Central, IL was hired to do a refresh of the weathered exterior of a Sunbelt Rentals.

Scope of the Project:

The professionals at CertaPro Painters^® of Oak Park/Chicago Central, IL worked on the full-site exterior including the parking-lot of the building. The project involved updating the current colors that were faded from weather elements, repainting the parking-lot, and repairs around the exterior.

We coordinated with our client to work around the operations of the company to minimize interruption, and were mindful of painting while people were coming-in and exiting as the safety of employees and customers were of the utmost importance. Our team also had to be mindful while coordinating paint and repair times as our crews faced cold weather, rain, and snow. Our crews were equipped with proper equipment, including lifts and ladders to get the project done in 2 weeks, in March 2020.
