Challenges
The challenge of this project was that Sunbelt has a very clear and specified spec sheet for their branch locations. CertaPro Painters of Virginia Beach, VA worked with Sunbelt to ensure the building would meet their specifications on paint types, and areas to be painted in certain colors to make the Branch meet the Sunbelt requirements.
CONDITIONS
The facility and surfaces were in good condition but the building was just purchased and needed an update to match the new tenants company colors and specifications for each branch.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
- Preparation – This project involved power washing first. Once that was completed, we applied a rust inhibitor.
- Painting – After applying the rust inhibitor, we painted the areas to help make the building look updated and fresh!
