Challenges
The challenge of this project was that Sunbelt has a very clear and specified spec sheet for their branch locations. CertaPro Painters of Chesapeake, VA worked with Sunbelt to ensure the building would meet their specifications on paint types, and areas to be painted in certain colors to make the Branch meet the Sunbelt requirements.
CONDITIONS
The Facility and surfaces were in good condition but Sunbelt is doing a nationwide update to their facilities and we were highly recommended.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
- Preparation – This project involved power washing first. We used a lift throughout the project to reach everything.
- Painting – After power washing, we used brushes, rollers, and sprayers to paint the area to help make the building updated and fresh! Once painting was complete, we conducted minor concrete repairs.
